Distribution...

The Observer knows that effective distribution is a lynchpin for maintaining
ongoing success for its advertisers. To this end there are a number of
safeguards and processes in place that aim to ensure copies of the Kensington
and Chelsea Observer are distributed where they should be, when they should
be.
The main process is an internal audit of distribution also known as back-checking, where within
48 hours of distribution, representatives from The Kensington and Chelsea Observer call on
households within the distribution area. Addresses are visited at random and householders are
asked if they have received the most recent edition of the publication. The householder then signs to
confirm receipt, if they are willing to do so, and the Observer's records are updated.
Your Account Manager will be pleased to clarify or expand on any of the points  raised here, or
indeed any other issues you may have regarding The Kensington and Chelsea Observer's
distribution.
